Experimental and Simulation Research of Belt Extrusion Process Based on Simplified Chip Model

چکیده

The projectile extrusion process is an extremely important part of the initial trajectory artillery launch. differentiation brings about stability problem process, which directly affects and safety artillery, ballistic launching process. sex. Since simplified chip intrusion resistance model does not pay attention to movement formation elastic belt groove, only studies change law resistance, relatively simple parameters are easy determine. In this paper, a quasi-static test device for established. calibrated with Finally, used calculate along large-caliber howitzer it compared embedded results howitzer., show that in whole extrusion, relative error between calculated value total experimental basically below 10%, maximum 10.98%, verifies accuracy model.
